WHAT DOES PERSONAL TRAINING LOOK LIKE AND WHAT DOES IT CONSIST OF?

My work in the Personal Training sessions is usually one hour, according to the needs of each person I teach, explain all the keys, guidelines related to the execution of the exercises, teaching the correct breathing, stretching and everything you need to know to avoid unpleasant injuries that could hinder your path in physical development. Plus, I motivate you, I push you beyond your own limits and I’m behind you supporting you so you can keep going and get those extra one or two reps out of the way to reach your full potential. You may sometimes come in with low spirits, without desire, but I assure you that you will leave better than when you came in. What’s your bet? -Test me and you will see that my enthusiasm, my motivation, my craziness is contagious.

WHERE ARE THE CUSTOMIZED TRAINING SESSIONS HELD OUTDOORS OR IN A FACILITY OR GYM?

My Personalized Workouts take place in our exclusive and private gym perfectly equipped with dumbbells, discs, bars, machines, music and air conditioning without being surrounded by many other people that may disturb or occupy the machines. In a session there are usually never more than 2 people in an area of 90 m2 and can meet the distance and avoid the distractions that can occur in crowded gyms.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY SESSIONS IF I GET SICK, OR BECAUSE OF A TRIP OR WORK ISSUE FOR A FEW WEEKS OR MONTHS I CAN NOT TRAIN, ARE THEY LOST?

No the sessions are not lost, they do not expire, they are saved for when the client can continue to attend the classes and if for any reason be it moving, job change or idea so wish the remaining sessions refund.

HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO BE ABLE TO EXERCISE WITH YOU?

Personalized trainings from 13-15 years old (with parental or guardian authorization) up to 65-75 years old depending on health and physical condition anyone can perform.

I AM OF ADVANCED AGE, LET ALONE OLD, I CAN DO WEIGHTS, SHOULD I TRAIN!

HOW QUICKLY CAN I EXPECT RESULTS?

This will basically depend a lot on you, on your perseverance, on your concentration and dedication when training and on the diet with which you accompany your workouts.
But following the guidelines in a few weeks you will feel different and in about 2-3 months you and others will surely notice, you will see the change in your physical shape.
