PRESENT

If you live in Alicante or can afford to travel here, I can meet you at our Scorus Fitness gym or at the competitors’ headquarters at Titan Fitness in Alicante.

In addition to this, on certain dates I also give “masterclasses” for small groups at Titan Fitness in Valencia and at the Trainer Life Fitness gym in Murcia.

ONLINE

If the distance does not allow you to train in the face-to-face modality, do not worry, because through Zoom video calls I can also attend you and transmit you all the knowledge and information I have, and under my supervision and corrections, you will be able to learn and acquire the necessary guidelines. And together, improve with the hypopressive practices, to get that wasp waist you want so much.

INDIVIDUAL

In the sessions, INDIVIDUAL classes, whetheronline or in person, Laura will only be with you, at most with one other person if the circumstances are right, because she is your friend or your partner and you wish it, giving all her attention only to you and/or your friend or your partner.
The advantages of individual/personal classes compared to group classes is that Laura can be more attuned to your personal needs and convey the knowledge and information more accurately. The only disadvantage it may have is its price, but if we look at any service or personalized treatment whether it is pilates, massage, psychology session, consultation or coaching usually has a higher price. In any case, the best recommendation for beginners who have never practiced to acquire a “wellcome pack”, are 2 individual personal classes…and then if you prefer, you can move on to the group classes where the price of this service is more economical and continue your learning there, until you get all the knowledge you were looking for to apply it in your daily life alone without help.

GRUPAL

In GROUP sessions (5-6 people) if face-to-face and (10 or more people) if online. Laura will share her attention with the group participants, but even so the instructions given to the group members will help to deepen each one more and better to have a greater understanding of how to do things right and acquire the essential guidelines of this millenary practice taken to the next level.
The advantage of the group sessions is its cheaper price compared to the option of individual sessions and the good atmosphere, the environment, the open air overlooking the golf course if it is face-to-face, and the good vibes of the community that usually exists in group classes whether face-to-face or online.
