HOW OFTEN DO I HAVE TO CHANGE MY CUSTOMIZED BOARD?

There is no single answer to this question as it depends on several factors such as training level, age, gender and personal goals. However, it is recommended to change the training routine every 4-6 weeks to avoid the body adapting to the same training and to keep progressing.

No routine is good for more than 6-8 weeks, as our body, nervous system and endocrine system get used and habituated to the same type of stimuli. One of the most important keys to continuous progress is the constant change of stimuli through various methods, ranges of repetitions, intensities techniques etc…..

WHAT DOES MY CUSTOMIZED CHART INCLUDE?

My Custom Boards are designed for your body and tailored to you. These tables are designed taking into account all your personal characteristics based on your answers to a questionnaire. For example, how many times you have to train per week, what are your muscle failures, if you have any joint problems or any limitation coming from an injury, if you train at home or in a gym, etc.

In addition, the chart is designed with anatomical drawings of each exercise and comes with the added stretches for each ratio of the day, plus comments and a brief description of each exercise.

The table will be delivered to you in PDF format that you can print if you wish to record and monitor the progress and progress of your workouts. This way you can keep track of your progress, strength and physical development.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY CUSTOMIZED BOARD TO ARRIVE?

Once you request and pay for the personalized training table/routine, you will receive an email with a questionnaire to get to know you better. After receiving your answers to the questionnaire, I will get to work and as soon as I have your customized table ready, I will send it to you. Therefore, the time it takes for the customized table to arrive depends on how long it takes you to answer the questionnaire. Normally, the process of designing and shipping the customized board takes about 3 days to 1 week at the most.

WHAT IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY CUSTOMIZED CHART?

If you are not satisfied with the customized training chart, you can contact me and let me know your concerns. I will make the necessary changes and adjustments to your board to meet your needs.

ARE THE TABLES/ROUTINES/PROGRAMS GENERIC OR CUSTOMIZED?

Yes, of course the tables are customized and designed according to the answers you give in the questionnaire or form. It is essential that the table be adjusted to your current physical condition, personal needs (objective, goal) and circumstances (training at home or in the gym or an injury that disables or limits you).

ARE THE TRAINING TABLES/ROUTINES/PROGRAMS SUITABLE FOR WOMEN AS WELL?

As all boards are customized and designed according to each request, of course they are. By obtaining all this prior information from the forms I can elaborate/design each special program regardless of age, gender, physical condition and personal circumstances.

I WORK LONG HOURS, I DON'T HAVE TIME TO GO TO THE GYM.

Even if you have a busy life, very busy, that for lack of time does not allow you to join any gym, I design a table / routine / personalized program with the tools you have (elastic band, dumbbells, rubber ball etc.) or if not only with your body weight an exercise routine at home, even if you have only half an hour. With my programs you will be able to exercise and progress with the limitations and circumstances you have.

The tables/routines/programs are personalized, that is, according to your personal needs that you answer me in the form I will design your routine. Whatever your purpose is, I will develop your program so that you get what you want.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Once you request and pay for the personalized training table/routine, you will receive an email with a questionnaire to get to know you better. I will know your goals and needs based on your answers. You answer me with all the information, plus 3 photos where I can see your current form (profile, front, back) that I need to design your routine/table/customized program that best suits your physical conditions, circumstances and purposes. After I receive them, I will get to work and as soon as I have your personalized routine/table/program ready, I will let you know so you can get started.
